Kimberly Koffler - founder/CEO
My background is in event management and design but 12 years ago, my life took an unexpected turn when my son decided he wanted to pursue a career in music, at 9 years old. As a supportive parent, I jumped headfirst into the world of band managing. I have been a tour manager, sound engineer, drum tech, chauffeur, concert promoter, band therapist and roadie. I love that I can use my skills and experience to support and promote local artists and events. And I'm grateful to be a part of something that brings people together to enjoy live music. There's something special about being a part of the behind-the-scenes magic that makes a show possible. And seeing these young musicians grow and develop their craft, both on and off stage, brings me immense joy and pride. As my son continues to pursue his passion for music, I am proud to have been a part of his journey and to continue supporting and promoting the local music scene in my community.
STEPHEN “SAXY” HERRING - BOARD MEMBER
Dubbed Saxy by his bandmates, Stephen has been redefining the role of the saxophone since picking it up at age 11. A Berklee College of Music graduate, he has performed in over 1,000 shows, from intimate venues to major festivals like KAABOO, BeachLife, and SXSW, sharing the stage with artists such as Gin Blossoms, Sugar Ray, and Everclear. Beyond his fiery live performances with Barley and the nationally touring Hall & Oates tribute band Private Eyes, his work can be heard on TV and film, including Shameless, Sex & the City, and Fox Sports broadcasts. In the studio, he has collaborated with Grammy-winning producers and artists like Melissa Manchester and even appeared in Dave Matthews Band’s You & Me video. For Saxy, the saxophone is more than an instrument—it’s a fearless, interactive experience designed to ignite joy, break expectations, and get audiences up on their feet!
LOGAN SMITH - SOUND ENGINEER
Logan is a passionate drummer with years of experience performing on stage. He has played at some of the most iconic venues in the music industry, including The Whiskey a Go-Go, The Viper Room, and The House of Blues. With hundreds of shows across California and beyond, Logan has collaborated with a diverse range of artists and bands.
Known for his dynamic, high-energy performances, Logan brings rhythm and precision to every stage he steps on. Whether it’s an intimate club or a packed venue, his focus is on creating memorable experiences that connect with audiences and elevate the music.
A versatile and reliable drummer and audio engineer, Logan adapts seamlessly to various styles and projects, always delivering professionalism and a deep passion for his craft.
